Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alnuru.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions by reply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@alnuru.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alnuru.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out and we will arrange a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost.
