At Alnuru, every lighting piece is crafted and inspected with care.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• In their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• Gift cards.
  

Damaged or Defective Products

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at alnuru.co@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
  

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at
alnuru.co@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us for the correct return address and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
   
2. Contact your payment provider.
   
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, contact us at alnuru.co@gmail.com.
