FAQ
Will it last a full dinner service?
Up to 10 hours per charge. A typical dinner service runs 4–5 hours, so one full charge covers two services before you need to plug in.
How do staff charge 40 lamps overnight?
Each Carrara charges via USB-C. A standard USB charging station handles multiple lamps at once. Charge them at close and they're ready before first service.
Will this line be available for replacements later?
Yes. The Carrara is a continuing line. We hold stock and can fulfil replacement orders as your room grows or if a lamp needs replacing.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years against failure in commercial use, including a lamp that stops holding a charge. We replace it — no questions, no restocking fee.
Do you accept purchase orders?
