Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking information when it ships.

During periods of high demand (such as holidays or product launches), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier options.

• United States: 6–10 business days
• Worldwide: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; Alnuru is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
  

Damaged Packages or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days at alnuru.co@gmail.com.

Include your order number and any photos of the packaging or damage. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In most instances, we use DDP (delivery duties paid) shipping options. This ensures that customers DO NOT pay any customs or duties.

In rare cases, orders shipped may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Alnuru is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
