Shipping Policy

Every order is handled with the same care as the objects inside it.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and tracking information when it ships.

During periods of high demand — including product launches and holiday periods — please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

In most cases we use DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping options, meaning you will not be charged customs or import duties on delivery.

In rare cases, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Alnuru is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Alnuru is not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@alnuru.com and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days at info@alnuru.com.

Please include your order number and any photos of the packaging or damage. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
